It's perfectly legal for you to post your rates on your web site. What is illegal is
talking about those rates amongst other developers who offer similar services in an
open, public forum.
Price fixing is no urban legend, and you are naive to believe otherwise.
The people most at risk would be the list owners and the community at large who would
lose access to this wonderful talk list we have here. The feds are pretty damn
serious about this kind of thing and will even go so far as to confiscate the
equipment which hosts the discussion software.

anyone else on this list with half a brain (U.S. Citizens, of course) will keep their
mouths shut as well.
