3 guesses... 1). Did you try to change the server address from the Subclipse servers view? That's probably your best bet. Change it and restart (just in case), and see if you can check in/out.
2). find the config file that has the ip address of your old SVN server. These things are usually XML files, but I don't have subclipse installed here, so I can't help you with it. I would search your eclipse folder as well as your workspace (you'll probably find it in the latter). 3). Add the new server, check out the files from your new repository, copy and paste your old files (the modified ones) over your new ones. Check in.
