So basically it's free if you're not using it to make money, I guess. 
I'm not sure I see all that much benefit in that to be honest. Sure, 
it's free for your blog or your family photo album. I think the fact 
that BD was initially free without this restriction was just meant to be 
a great big hook, like the crack dealer who gives away a couple freebies 
before he jacks your addicted brain for money later down the line. Smart 
move I guess. If you buy JX, then you save a few hundred bucks off of 
CFMX 7 Standard, but while some may be there, you don't get to benefit 
from all the new things New Atlanta didn't get into the current version 
that CF has. So other than using it to host my neighborhood message 
board or some such, I can't really find much use for it.
