So basically it's free if you're not using it to make money, I guess. I'm not sure I see all that much benefit in that to be honest. Sure, it's free for your blog or your family photo album. I think the fact that BD was initially free without this restriction was just meant to be a great big hook, like the crack dealer who gives away a couple freebies before he jacks your addicted brain for money later down the line. Smart move I guess. If you buy JX, then you save a few hundred bucks off of CFMX 7 Standard, but while some may be there, you don't get to benefit from all the new things New Atlanta didn't get into the current version that CF has. So other than using it to host my neighborhood message board or some such, I can't really find much use for it. --Ferg OÄuz_Demirkapı wrote: > Are there any free version of BD anymore? > > As I know after BD 6.2, license policy has been changed for commercial sites. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:237589 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
