That is true. It does have its own web server. I just feel it is better
As a developer to use IIS. Personal choice is all.

No, CF now comes with its own web server that's perfectly suitable for
most developers. By default, it will listen on port 8500 if you
installed the "server" configuration, or 8300 if you installed the
"multiserver"
configuration which includes a full version of JRun.
