Well, this is by no means an indicator of how well or bad CF/Railo performs on the whole with components/structures, there are far too many factors not accounted for and in the authors own words, should be taken with a pinch of salt and are not scientific.
For one, it was on a Mac and I doubt anyone runs a production site on their MacBook!
