In HS you can operate Tortoise from the folder view.  However the filelist 
view has HS specific context menus.

You can do everything you want from the folder view in HS.

However you don't get the SVN status icons in HS, so you can't see quickly 
where your changes / conflicts / additions etc. are.

It's not seemless but still very usable.
