Don, We have also had attacks against our servers by Ips traced to SoftLayer (and their clients) and would be very interested in seeing this stopped. Let us know how we can support you.
Also, I assume that you have contacted SoftLayer to have them take action as well? I would also be interested in hearing what can be done in situations like this.
