Have you blocked traffic from that IP at the firewall yet? Also, when I did a lookup of the IP, it was traced to a different domain for a company that provides hosting (gege-hosting.com) but it is not coming up any more. An online scan of the IP shows that the only open access is via windows Remote Desktop
The company that you traced it to is a hosting company, they sell dedicated machines. My first step would be to contact them at http://www.softlayer.com/about.html. Best of luck!
