Interesting... I used the FormURL2Attributes and lost the use of IIS 4.0
(NT4 SP4) stats forever. IIS would only log up to the index.cfm and nothing
else. That first month on the new system we were very suprised to find
150,000 hits on our home page but no where else! We ended up having to roll
our own stats into a common format so that we could keep using Webtrends
(luckily, the time is very small).

IIS5 logs the page requests just fine, with their virtual folder structure
intact. The actual 404 processing page never even gets logged (at least with
our LiveStats system by MediaHouse), and no errors get logged.
