Understood and great information to know, but this directory structure is nowhere close to where it is finding the other component. Heck, they are on different drives.
I'm trying to create the object in Application.cfc. In that same directory, there are only two files "index.cfm" and "page2.cfm". Since it cannot find "ErrorHandler.cfc" in that directory, then it should look in my defined per-app setting. However, it does not.
