Russ, people who are "nasty and vindictive to anyone that uses or supports the competitors products and attack them at every opportunity" is really strong language. If you're referring to anyone on the "pro-Adobe" side of the argument, who are they? If you don't want to name names, some links to list posts or blog entries/comments would be fine. If they're really doing this "at every opportunity", I assume it should be easy to generate a partial list of these repeat offenders?
I'm asking because I really have no idea who you think these people are.
