Windows 95 has the security of a paper door - basically none

I don't think it'll log who logged in and when, and other than upgrading to
NT/2000, all flavors of Win9x (inlcuding ME) aren't secure at all

Password protect your files, or store them on a NT Server machine with the
folder only accessible by you
