In the IIS Management Console. Right-click on either the machine name (to affect all virtual servers) or on an individual virtual server. Select Properties. A tab dialog window will open. Select the "Home Directory" tab. Click the "Configuration" button near the bottom. You'll see a list of all ISAPI extensions. Find the one for .cfm, and edit it. Select the "Check that file exists" check box. That's it!
