Keep in mind too that out of the box, most computers are set to 800x600 and the average user does not know, or care about how to change his resolution.

It is th e only list that I subscribe to and I know that all of the top web developer s are here. I'm having a debate with my boss. He likes to spend money and always has the latest gadgets. On his desk is a twenty-something inch flat pane l display and he sets the resolution as high as he can. You could look at most web sites on his screen using binoculars. I'm still developing our sites using 800 X 600 and he tells me that I 'm living in the stone ages. My question: Which screen resolution is everyone designing for nowad ays?
