For me it would be nice to release an app to the public that is completely
encrypted and I don't have to worry about the decrypting it.

It might be useful for you to describe your exact concerns. That is, are you
concerned about people who have direct access to the filesystem, or are you
concerned about potential source code viewing exploits?
