Firstly the introduction- my name is Wayne Putterill, I have used CF for
about three years and consider myself at an "intermediate" skill level, I
have been developing and consulting for the web since about 93.

One point I would like to make is this should work on shared server hosting
for those that can't afford a dedicated server, that may have serious
implications for using things like custom tags but I do think its important.

toolkit, must be an inexpensive and good solution. The focus is on good
though, it needs to provide developers with a better/equal end product than
you would end up with by purchasing the system outright. Since CF isn't
free, this automaticlly creates a situation where this solution will be more
expensive than one based on php, aolserver, even .asp. So the focus is on
quality, and a good/free/scalable database platform to drive everything.
