I'm glad someone spoke up because I was not even thinking. I am always
in-tune to sharing everything with everyone when it comes to programming and
what not.

I hate to say this but No! The book is for sale as an ebook and to
distribute it will send a message to the publisher that ebooks just aren't
worth it and will not publish any others. As the publisher is my wife I have
to take a firm stand on this. If we see that ebooks just don't work then the
books I'm doing for ebook just wouldn't (can't) go up.
Besides the point of copyright infringement. :)
