ahh so if I keyed and sent "Roshani" to 191010 (Australian Idol) it registers the keyword/name? and therefore the only piece of data needed (apart from who sent it?) @Claude: which prompts me to ask: is there any reason to send "done" anyway? if they SMS anything it'll mean that they've finished.
