Yes that's right Same when you buy those stupid ring tones. Just send the ring tone code to the subscription service and it replies back with the ring tone for you.
What Claude wants to do is have a sales person for example get an sms notification about a job, then just reply with DONE when its done. The problem is, if they get send 2 jobs, and they complete one and reply DONE, how will the system know which job has been done?
