I didn't expect it to be pain free and this is the first major issue that I 
have found so maybe it is a sign that it is time to bite the bullet...

'Projects' have been a bit of a pain in the past though because of the 
structure I have adopted where most 'sites' are just skeletons and all the code 
is safely tucked away in another directory far removed from the web root. If CF 
Builder will let me specify separate directories as part of a single project 
then that will help, but it hasn't been possible in other IDEs that I have 
tried. Is the 'project' structure used by CF Builder common to all Eclipse type 
IDEs? By which I mean if I go looking for a tutorial on 'Projects in Eclipse' 
will that help me find out what I need to know?
