I think this is a bit of an exaggeration. If he is referring to stability, than perhaps, but anyone considering purchasing a Mac and using VirtualPC on a regular basis should try it first before spending any money. If you're just using a service like a database server (like Matt is doing), it's feasible, but I certainly wouldn't have the patients to interact with VirtualPC for any length of time -- at least not on a 1GHz Powerbook. A dual G5 might be another story.
