[CFCDev] What UML/OO Design tool ?

Hello,   Just wondering what tools would you guys recommend for designing class diagrams using UML for CFCs. Requirements are just that the class needs to be exported as XML (I will "import" tem using CF afterward).   GModeler (http://www.gskinner.com/gmodeler/app/run.html) would be great, but dependency upon internet connection and lack of support cuts it off from the list.
