WEll that is kind of hard, all the text mate extensions extend a
certain editor type (such as text etc)
Eclipse has a way to do this, and its called plugins... go figure.

(bundles & themes) compatible with the ones from TextMate, to
benefit from the efforts of their large community. So yes, the CF
bundle works with e-texteditor on Windows. I am using right now.
