Fixed for zero and hex modes — zero uses `fir.zero_bits` over the whole struct, 
and `hex` now emits a byte-loop sized by `fir::getTypeSizeAndAlignmentOrCrash`, 
covering all padding bytes; `nan/snan` padding remains a TODO.
