Hi Pete In the Account Preferences window of Chandler Desktop 1.0.2 for Mac OS X, for an incoming account that uses IMAP, you will see one of two options: Configure Chandler folders http://n2.nabble.com/file/n2134476/Configure%2BChandler%2Bfolders.png Remove Chandler folders http://n2.nabble.com/file/n2134476/Remove%2BChandler%2Bfolders.png The option to 'Learn more' takes you to a 'Chandler™ Get Started Guide' that is somewhat outdated. A newer guide is work in progress but for the moment, don't worry about the guide :) The option to 'Test…' allows Chandler Desktop to verify whether it can communicate with the server. If the test is successful, and if you see the option to Remove, then it is fairly certain that you Chandler Desktop *did* successfully create (configure) the three mailboxes on your IMAP server. Sometimes it helps to quit then re-launch Chandler Desktop. The statement 'Only emails sent from Chandler will be downloaded' is almost certainly outdated: * the three Chandler-oriented mailboxes, that Chandler Desktop can create on an IMAP server, allow users some freedom beyond that old restriction. Pete, please: 1) Do you know what type of IMAP server is provided by your company? Depending on the type of server: the three Chandler-oriented mailboxes may be either siblings of, or nested within, your Inbox. My sense is that sibling placement is usually preferable. 2) Which version of Mac OS X do you use? Modern versions of Apple Mail tend to be very good at detecting the presence of mailboxes that have been added by anything other than Mail. The Mail option to Synchronise All Accounts should be useful in this situation: http://n2.nabble.com/file/n2134476/Apple%2BMail%2B-%2BSynchronise%2BAll%2BAccounts.png There are some things that you should understand before you begin using Apple Mail to drag messages to the Chandler mailboxes but first, let's verify that: a) Chandler Desktop has created the mailboxes, and is passing tests b) Apple Mail can see what Chandler Desktop has created.
