I see the Configure button.

The test is successful.  I don't see an option to Remove, I still see  
the
option to Configure.

It's Communigate, from Stalker Software.

Nope.  My "Inbox" isn't a folder - there's nothing nested in it.

Tried it, no change.

Sounds good.  I don't see the 3 mailboxes in Apple Mail.
