Activity Monitor shows that SyncServer may use huge amounts of CPU at times
like this. Some screen shots from two days ago:

<http://pastebin.ca/1446399> shows a Console view of things, this afternoon.
Warnings from Mail and from iCalExternalSync.

On this occasion the Activity window of Mail is not showing the non-stop
reconciliation, but for a while iCal seemed to be talking the Hub nearly
non-stop again. Quitting Mail causes CPU activity to revert to a normal
level.
