No, it's about the u's and v's in the J documentation which contain
constant values. Constant values which can not be set from variables in
tacit J code. There is also a possibility to set comparison tolerance
after a verb. There are hidden constant values set in the interpreter,
like the start values used by Insert for some verbs, and probably many
