Eh... yes, but in Clojure I made a GUI interface for students to construct fractals: students use the mouse to construct a piecewise linear figure, which the program then iterates to form a fractal. This might be possible with J, but the lack of examples and poor documentation make it a practical impossibility for a newbie like me.
