Can you access http://hawk.freenetproject.org:8888 or
http://groovy.danky.com:8480? If so, you can access Freenet. Those are
the only two public FProxy I know of.

If you access either of those URL's with a web browser, you should see the
fproxy gateway page. From there you can type in the Freenet URI's you want
to see in your browser or just click the links to some freesites that
appear on the gateway page (the famous Content of Evil for example). Or
you can specify them directly in the URL like
http://hawk.freenetproject.org:8888/KSK at gpl.txt. Through the magic of
fproxy, your web browser thinks it is displaying normal web pages or
downloading normal files. The URL's may look a bit odd in any logs or your
browser's history to anybody not familiar with what Freenet URI's look like.

I know I don't know your school policies, so even if it's possible, it
still may not be allowed. I just thought I'd tell you how easy it was in
case you didn't already know. I know I wouldn't try accessing anything on
Freenet from work for policy reasons.
