Hi there i just replaced my intake and the easiest way to find TDC for me was to pull the number one spark plug stick finger in spark plug jole have someone click the ignition over till you feel the piston at top drop in dist tighten set timing now at least that how i did mine and worked fine i did it by myself Ken D 72 heavyChevyChevelle
