My brother & I recently placed an order for 7 items from OPG. While the order was billed correctly, 4 items shipped were wrong, & 1 wasn't shipped at all. In addition, the shipping address was incorrect, & the stuff traveled all over Tucson for several days before it was located & delivered. When Bruce called OPG to report the mistakes, the sales rep on the telephone insisted it was his fault & OPG had no responsibility to correct THEIR mistakes! That was over 6 wks. Ago & it still isn't resolved.
