Most of the big block cars got a pair of supplemental sub-frame to body mounts.   Also, if you are converting from column shift to floor shift, you will need the 4-speed transmission hump for the floor pan.   John Nasta       -----Original Message-----   I currently have a ’69 Malibu with a 230 ci. 6 cyl. under the hood, with a 3 speed manual transmission.  I also have a 396 ci. Big Block and a 4 speed manual transmission that I want to put in the Malibu.  My question is…will I need to change anything to the suspension, rear end, etc… to accommodate the engine swap?  Any help is greatly appreciated.     Thanks, Don ’69 Chevelle Malibu
