Well, that would get me put in jail, which is not my goal.
Today I tried calling the FBI (useless), the NY and PA state attorney general's offices (left a message in NY, PA said they would send me a complaint form), the DMV (useless) and a couple of lawyers (who recommended other lawyers). In other words, it is apparently ok to rip people off for thousands off dollars for services not rendered, and steal property from them. Nobody will do anything to protect the consumer.
