Well, I sure am asleep at the wheel today. You guys are talking about lug nuts and I'm talking about bumper bolts. Been selling 'em for a couple of years now, and nobody's bumpers have fallen off.   John Nasta       -----Original Message-----   Sorry John, but I also have to take exception, the thread size does mater, unless they had somthing special made. All chevelles from 1964-1977 came with 7/16-20 threads. Some SS's and mag wheels did take a different shape, but the thread is the same. I just bought 20 new ones and intalled them on the old axels last weekend.   Dave
