Yo! Jim! I just talked to a buddy of mine that runs a body shop. In Florida it's against the law to repair a seat belt. It shouldn't be a difficult job to find somebody to use the original mounting end and latch piece with new material. I expect anyone experienced with restorations could tell ya where to look.
