What purpose does the junction block serve?

Does anyone have any clue on what these red and orange (fusible link)
wires go to?  They are on the passenger side of my new front lamp
harness.  Nothing like it on the old harness and the wiring diagrams
show nada.  I'll probably just call M&H to find out but I thought I
would ask here first.
