Hay larry: ive just build a family dollar store and a 5 unit mini shopping center. ive plumbed all of my rent houses using a water line source called peks. it is a flexable plastic type pipe that wont burst when frozen. the only problem, is finding a guy the has the tool too crimp the connectors on. you can buy it at the hardware store and install it underground before you pour your slab,as well as your drain pipes. just remember, drop in the drain pipe should be one inch in 10 feet for most "city codes". glad i could give some help back to the LIST .everyone has been so helpfull to me!!

My garage project has been on hold for a while, but I finally have footers dug <G> . My wife suggested that I install a bathroom. I was all for it til I got 3 bids that were way more than I could afford ( and more than I thought reasonable). Today I got 2 comparably reasonable estimates ( is $2600 reasonable?) for a comode, utility sink and water & sewer connections.
$2600 otherwise spent would get me a 4-post lift or LS1 for the camaro. I could improvise a sink install and could live without the comode. So for the long term is the bathroom a good investment?
