Pull the plugs & crank it over, any water in the cylinders will be 
pumped out.  Change the oil & filter & it should be fine.  I'd also 
change the trans and diff fluids since water could get in through the 
vents.  Even if no water got into anything, it's just good 
preventative maintenance.
