Steve, you may have got more than you expected here. There are numerous 69 SS owners here and they are all way more helpful than you can imagine. It would also help if you would let us know what shape of car you are looking for. And a price range that you are willing ot spend and i bet these guys will hook you up!! My son just sold one about a month ago but it was a project car. Good luck on your search. Once I joined I was amazed at the amount of talent and information that existed within this group. I am trying to find a 1969 Chevelle SS-396 to purchase and have been looking and searching for some time to try and locate the right car. I know what I want and have found a few cars that would come close however the fact that I am a novice ultimately undermines my confidence in pulling the trigger on purchasing a car.   Does anyone within the group know of someone that is familiar with 69's that would not mind consulting with me regarding my hopeful purchase.
