$24 to ship a door latch?? Yeah I would put that in the category of ridiculous. I can say that because I am a shipping manager at work and I know what it costs to ship something that small and light across the country......about $11, yes that would be from NJ to CA which is 5 days UPS Ground. To ship the same thing 1 day UPS Ground is about $5.
