Oh my gosh
I can't believe this
How could anyone treat their animal this way?
this is so sad.............
our babies are treated like i would like to be, if i were a chihuahua
(actually, any animal or person)

The breeder should be charged for neglect.. This is terrible. I
want to share this with my little Chiexpressions group if that is
okay. this is horrible. Thanks for sharing this. It makes me realize
