Oh, I forgot to say that in addition to Roul's belled collar, he has a harness that I use for walking him. He did not like it at first, but if he has to wear it to go for a walk he is willing to put up with it. It just takes time and praise. My Chihuahua is about 12 weeks old. I just got him a collar and he absolutely hates it. Now i am wondering if he even should be using a collar/leash?
