I would be concerned about one thing.....liability. You need to either make sure you are covered under your homeowners insurance if something were to go wrong, or else you need to draw up a contract waiving liability. The chance is there that maybe a dog gets loose while in her care and gets lost or run over. Or maybe it somehow gets hurt or sick and the person wants to sue her. There are plenty of legal defenses she could use, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I would take the time to look at the liability angle. My neighbor comes over 4x/day to take care of our dogs when we go off (and we take care of his as well), but I would gladly pay someone $24/day to do that and consider it a bargain.
