I take my Tia.. She does good staying in the room by herself during the day
or I wouldn't. But I understand your hubby too.. It is kinda taking an adult
vacation vs a kids vacation. Early on my hubby never wanted to take any of
the pets and I think it was because he has no children of his own and wanted
an adult vacation. Now we get a dog sitter for the big dog but he would
never consider leaving Tia home.. Lol.. Probably didn't help make you a
decision but hopefully at least I gave you some perspective.

Hey Everyone!! Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!!! This is my
question I wanted to ask y'alls option on vacation time. Every fall my
husband and I go to the mountains of North Carolina for our fall vacation...
this year we are new chihuahua owners and we differ on what to do with the
girls come vacation...we leave at the end of October and are staying 6 days
and 5 nights. He wants to leave the girls at his mother's (which I know she
will take good care of them)....but I want to take them with us. The cabins
we stay at allow pets( http://www.watershedcabins.com).... I just can't bare
to be away from them that long. We will spend alot of time at the cabin but
we will go out to do sight seeing...we are going to Dollywood this time too
(anyone ever been ...I heard they have awesome food). So what to y'all do
when you go on vacation???? Do you take them or leave them??? Some advise
please!!!
