actually, it is not recommended to bathe a chi often. I mean show people
ect bathe more often for obvious reasons, but your average chi should not
be bathed more than every couple months. Chis have naturally dry skin and
the oil that protects it is in the hair. Each time you bathe, you strip
the hair of oils and over batheing can quickly lead to dry skin. For
cleaning a chi, regular wiping down with a baby wipe of a wipe designed
for dogs will remove surface dirt and grime without interfering with the
oils in the hair.
