Michele...please don't tell anyone this but i LOVE to dress out a deer!!! I love to clean fish and butcher and process chickens. I have done taxidermy for years...one of my favorite hobbies LOL...now...if I could just be ok with killin' a bunny...I would LOVE to raise rabbits for my pack...I could skin em and dress em....but I just don't think I could whack em! Someone was talking about a co2 way to kill them but I don't know anything about it...yet! I feel so much better when I feed my family and pack something we raised or hunted...to me thats clean meat! We do. If you could even buy a buck and 2 does you should be able to raise enough to help w/the feed bill your self.
