Some seem to have had a good luck with pet Smart. I only know from experience about the ones around here and I would never take another dog to them. Research and ask for the trainers credentials first. I was shocked when I found out that the so-called trainer was hired as a cashier, then given a week training course , then they put her to work doing the training classes. When I asked about this I was told it was their policy. However, there are other Pet Smarts that have wonderful trainers. So don't be shy about questioning where and how they started training dogs and what their methods are.
PS. Not all chis are snappy and aggressive.
