What do you all think??? Ah I beg to differ according to the ADA act and the Department of Justice they dont even need id tags or even have to wear a vest. but for me I do use a vest as I don't get hassled and if a person gets caught faking a service dog(not saying any one here will) it is a felony charge on their record Kate Dale --- On Tue, 11/30/10, Ellen <[email protected]> wrote: From: Ellen <[email protected]> Subject: Fw: Re: [Chihuahuas] Re: CHI MEET UP!!! What do you all think??? To: [email protected] Date: Tuesday, November 30, 2010, 2:59 AM Alot of places expect paperwork at least that is what I run into? You can read up on the laws, basically if you take them they have to be able to sit when you command, lay down on command and in restraunts if you take them big dogs have to lay on the ground and little dogs can sit beside you if they behave...there are other rules to but I am not sure what all they are. Sissy has and ID & Vest she smells for me. I am allergic to perfumes and cigerette smoke, some flowers and other stuff to. Just wondering... I know people get companion dogs cause they dont want to be alone or for other medical reasons...
