I wanted to tell everyone we have decided to call the rescue we picked up
yesterday, Holly Noel. It really fits her.She did very well last night and
behaved today while I was at work. They chi's have 5 hours a day they are on
there own.
Today I called 3 local county shelters and no one has reported Noel missing. I
asked how long I should hold her before we have her spayed and then try
re-homing her. They said shelter rules states three day hold before adoption.
So we will have her on a run the the spay clinic mid December.
She belonged to someone though. She walks on a leash, goes potty outside, and
doesn't beg at the table. She is so well behaved. I just have to wonder how she
ended up on the streets.
If you are a face book poster please tell all you friends , and they can repost
to their friends, that if someone has a pet they can no longer care for there
are hundreds, if not thousands of no kill rescues waiting to help.
